Characters Elden Ring Can Bring Back To Star In DLC

Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon is one of Elden Ring’s main bosses that players can encounter early in the game. She can be skipped since only two Great Runes are needed to reach the Altus Plateau. However, players who want or need to respec stats in Elden Ring may prioritize defeating Rennala. Assuming a player reaches Rennala at the appropriate level, she is not overly difficult to fight; she is weak to bleed and physical damage, which players can use to their advant

There are tons of armor sets in Elden Ring and some of them can make the Tarnished look like a completely different character. Others make the player wonder if they're even still human. However, none of them are that hilarious until mods get invol

Astel has a lot of AoE attacks, along with several powerful grabs. He teleports around the arena and will use his mandibles to bite the player. Plus, when players first enter the arena, Astel does a beam attack that has a chance to one-shot the player. Getting one shot over and over before even getting close enough to him is exhausting. Astel is an annoying fight that can probably be skipped unless players are completing Ranni’s quest. Later in the game, another version of Astel called Astel, Stars of Darkness can be encountered in the Yelough Anix Tun

The challenging bosses in Elden Ring will require players to study their move sets or summon help. However, there is a difference between a difficult boss and an annoying boss. An annoying boss may have ridiculous attacks, or they may not be alone during the fight. No matter their character level or skill, some players will struggle with these bos

The good news is these nuisances aren’t lethal, but the inability to hit them before they have little by little chipped away HP makes the player want to seek escape from their constant assault by leaving the area the pest resides. Blocking then countering their onslaught can be effective, though staying still for these moments can breed new trou

When Radagon and the Elden Beast are defeated, Marika’s body reappears more broken than before. From here, the player may choose their desired ending, most of which require placing Marika’s head back on her body. That’s the extent to which the player "interacts" with Queen Marika. It can be argued that her role is significant enough, and any more screen time may diminish her role in the story. However, she leaves plenty of unresolved plot threads, such as her potential connection to the Eternal Cities and Ranni, the Witch . Plus, Marika could prove to be an exciting boss bat

Using the word annoying to describe this strange shrimp cross human is an understatement. The creatures live up to their name, crawling around on a great number of limbs with supernatural quickness and prodding players once they get close enough, caligo nightreign which doesn’t take l

This ending signals that Melina will return as a boss fight in Elden Ring’s DLC . The only issue with this may be the element of player choice. Not all players decide to go the route of the Frenzied Flame, and requiring this ending to access the DLC isn’t likely. The closest FromSoftware has come to a DLC that references the player’s choice is Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel . In this case, the only thing that changes is a line of dialogue spoken by Sister Friede if the player has chosen the Usurpation of Fire ending. Elden Ring’s choices feel more consequential than that, however. So it's improbable that Melina’s role in the DLC will be reduced to a few lines of dialo

Melina is one of Elden Ring ’s most complex characters, and the game offers hardly any elaboration of her backstory. She has two different fates depending on which ending and path the player chooses, one of which teases her return. Queen Marika is another character steeped in mystery. Her actions loom large over the Lands Between, yet the player never gets a chance to interact with her like with other characters. So it’s possible a DLC could add interaction with

Warning: This article contains spoilers for the plot of Elden Ring. _ FromSoftware's collection of notoriously challenging action RPG titles is known for its tremendously detailed worlds and beyond-epic boss battles. Yet, from _Dark Souls ' Solaire of Astora to Bloodborne 's Eileen the Crow, NPCs and their associated questlines have driven a not-insignificant amount of interest in the so-called Soulsborne s

Bred for combat, Warhawks fly high above the battlefield with their feet of blades threatening to strike at those below. They become easier to deal with as the game goes on but are frequently encountered before abilities that work well against them are unloc

Although she's relatively easy to miss, Rya is an integral NPC who can help the player considerably in their travels. Speaking to her in Liurnia of the Lakes will allow the player to converse with Blackguard Big Boggart, and, when encountered in Altus Plateau, she'll offer to take the player to Volcano manner, thereby skipping the notorious ascent up Mt. Gelmir. Rya is another fairly tragic Elden Ring character; secretly a man-serpent who is troubled because of her connections to Lady Tanith and Lord Rykard, the player can assuage her worries by giving her the Tonic of Forgetfulness. Unfortunately, completing her questline rewards players with Daedicar's Woe, the absolute worst Talisman in Elden Ri
