All Ragnahawk reside in the southwest corner of the map, in the volcanic region. If you manage to capture one, you’ll want to keep it with you to take home. Jetragon is a fairly unique pal due to its rarity. Available only as a legendary pal, Jetragon hides away in the southwest corner of the map in the volcanic region. You’ll not want to run straight into this fight, as Jetragon sits at level 50 and will be hard to take down.
