There can be a great piece of loot in the fire ring by using the jump pads but the real attraction here is the easy access to multiple supply bins and the ability to move to the next looting locations right after. Most players will end up landing here and then going straight to the Market location right after or the Salvage area. The Slum Lanes can be a bit of a maze to newer players but the good thing about this area is that it can be easy to get lost when meeting up with other players. Unless someone is using Bloodhound or Crypto, this area is easy to get the jump on others and escape if needed. The area has a lot of loot chests here as well but they are spread out and most of the loot is just lying on the floor in each building.
