Follow the stairway inside the final structure of Prophecy to a triangular arena. Place a Raid Banner down to replenish all ammo and abilities, and seek Toland in the middle of the arena. For this challenge, you'll need to defeat 1,000 enemies in Override and deposit 100 Data Motes. Enemies will drop Data Motes during the first section of Override. So long as you're actively killing enemies and depositing Motes, this shouldn't take more than a few runs to complete.
