When both Confluxes are finally filled, the Sanctified Mind in Destiny 2 will spawn either a red or blue oracle, indicating which Conflux needs to be tethered from. One teammate will have to shoot the Conflux to activate the tether, and depending on the distance an additional two or three teammates will need to tether together back to the oracle that was created first.
